Amy Gilmore
Amy leads our water resources practice. She has more than 30 years of technical experience in multipurpose water resources planning and ecosystem planning and analysis. Amy leads restoration and mitigation design and implementation, watershed planning, environmental education, and stakeholder facilitation/mediation. Specializing in integrating multi-objective, interdisciplinary resource management projects, her areas of expertise include strategic plan development, evaluation frameworks, planning and policy development, and resource integration.
Amy serves as strategic advisor on complex water resource programs. Her clients and project teams value her ability to identify the linkages within and between projects, develop effective strategies to effectively integrate projects and programs, and identify various project delivery models including restoration. Amy builds integrated teams from within our deep bench of experts as well as other firms, distilling client goals and needs into implementable plans that bridge science and policy.
